Acceptable Use Policy By posting comments in the Norwela Council forum, you are agreeing to abide by the policies as stated below. Any disregard will result in your posts being deleted and your name being banned from the forum. 1. Users will not make any reference to nor discuss topics of a sexual nature. 2. Users will refrain from using profanity of any kind in their posts. 3. Users agree to refrain from posting any topic that may be considered discrimination. 4. Users agree that their posts will pertain to the topic under which they are being posted. 5. The Administrator of Norwela Council's Forum has the discretion to alter or add to this policy as the need dictates. |

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) In order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), youth are not allowed to register on this forum site. In order for a youth to post suggestions in any of our forums, such as "Youth Suggestions" or "Caddo Lodge 149", a parent or legal guardian must register. Once registered, the parent or legal guardian may allow their Scout to post in these forums. If desired, the youth's email address may be used during the registration process but will be the primary point of contact for any responses from the forum moderator. |
